We do not currently accept telephone orders.
What if I live in a country that
Beautique.com does not ship to?
Beautique.com ships to the UK & internationally (which
includes US, Canada & Australia).
How do I order more than one of
each item?
When you decide to purchase an item, simply change the quantity
to the desired number before clicking ‘Add to Basket’.
How do I find a specific item?
We have designed Beautique.com with two easy shopping methods.
You may wish to simply browse products by category (such as EYE or ANTI-AGING),
or you can do a search by brand or product name. Alternatively spend some time in
our LEARN section which features editorial and recommendations from our Beauty Experts.
While browsing you can enjoy the editorial content, then click and buy from photographs
of items you like.
How do I know what is in stock?
We hope that any item you wish to purchase is in stock, however
due to high demand there may be occasions when the product you would like is out
of stock. There will be a message that will let you know if this is the case.
How do I make a purchase?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Shop by browsing through our website or searching for a specific
product in BUY.
- Click on the product to access the item's page where you will be
given information on the product and its use.
- Add items to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to Basket'
button near the desired item.
- View the items in your shopping basket. To delete an item from
your basket, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To purchase more than
one of each item simply click on ‘Add to Basket’ more than once.
- To continue shopping after viewing your shopping basket, click
the 'Continue Shopping' button.
- To finalise your purchases click on ‘Checkout Now’ and follow
the payment instructions.
What payment methods does Beautique.com
accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
What if the product I order isn’t
right?
We offer a full refund on any faulty products.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the
goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email, fax or post) and
return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We
regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened, used or in an
un-sellable condition.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit
your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 30 days after we have
received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded on goods
returned unless the goods were incorrectly supplied. We will notify you by
email once your refund has been processed.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
To return an item to us, please use the returns form that was included in the documentation
you received with your order. Please include your details including your name,
email address, the order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure
that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. You should return
products to Returns Department, Beautique UK Ltd, Trinity Church , 1 Marylebone
Road, London, NW1 4AQ, enclosing the returns form. Please return
your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof
of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Beautique.com?
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the
software when the order is placed, using 128 bit SSL encryption to secure the transaction
between us and the user. All data is then passed directly to the Barclays MPI ePDQ
payment engine again using 128 Bit SSL encryption and is stored within a Barclays
Group Security approved infrastructure. The card number details are never
stored by Beautique.com, providing added security.
Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your
order is genuine. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does
not for any reason authorise payment to Beautique.com, we will not be liable for
any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Beautique.com retains the legal ownership
of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and
legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund
any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you
upon delivery.
All orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures.
Beautique UK Ltd reserves the right to withhold any order that has failed to be
verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details
you will be notified during your payment transaction being cleared by Barclays ePDQ
and then by email.
How will I know you received my
order?
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order
and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order
following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising
you of this.
If an item is out of stock, the website will not let you order this item.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon payment of the product(s) ordered.
If you require any information concerning your order please email us at enquiries@beautique.com quoting your
order number. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing
error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please remember
that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there
will be a legally binding contract.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at
any time.
How soon can I get my order?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (not including weekends); however
external factors may cause delays.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and your delivery/billing
address has been verified.
How much will I be charged for
shipping?
Within the UK delivery charges are:
- Standard UK delivery £4.25 (3-5 working days)
- First Class delivery £5.25 (1-2 working days)
- Next day delivery £7.50 (orders must be placed before 12.00 noon
to guarantee next day delivery). Please note: next day means next working
day, e.g. orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.
- We also deliver internationally. The charges for Europe are as follows:
- Standard Delivery £6.95 (7-10 days)
- Premium Delivery £7.95 (3-5 days)
- For the Rest of the World (including the USA & Canada)
- Premium Delivery £7.95 (3-5 days)
All our orders are RECORDED and this delivery service requires a signature so please
specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National
Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but
if we cannot do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled
to cancel the order. If you do so we will refund or re-credit any sum paid
by you. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable
delay.
Is my personal information kept
private?
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise
never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing
purposes.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (Registration P29375346) and
are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
If you are under 18, we require that you inform a parent or guardian about Beautique’s
privacy policy as well as requiring their consent to the privacy policy before ordering
on line.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order
and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. When you make
a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you –
for example and not limited to, your name, email address, payment address and details.
All such information is held on our secure servers.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will
not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree. We
will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information
that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely
in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EU (European Union) we will
always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of
behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would
be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify
your browser settings.
