Anastasia’s Glow-getter Daily Massage

Cleansing is the most important step to any skincare regime to allow other products to be absorbed fully into the skin, and adding a little massage to your cleansing ritual will further enhance the benefits. Start by adding a few drops of THE Inhalessence to a sink of hot water and lean over it, breathing in the beneficial aromas. Once you are relaxed it is time to begin your massage.

  1. Use a small dollop of THE Cleanser in the palm of your hand and gently apply all over the face.
  2. Use your thumbs to make small circular movements on your chin area then purse your lips and massage either side of your mouth.
  3. Press along the tops of your cheekbones with your fingertips, massaging outward to release toxins.
  4. Use your middle fingers to apply pressure above the bridge of the nose and underneath the eyebrows, holding for 5 seconds.
  5. Continue the movement to the outer corners of the eyebrows and up to the temples. Apply firm pressure at either side of the temples, then rotate your fingertips backward. This is heavenly if you are suffering from a tension headache or after a stressful day.
  6. Stroke up the forehead to the hairline with the palms of the hands, smoothing out fine lines.
  7. Remove the cleanser with a damp, warm cloth then hold it to your face for 30seconds. This will bring the blood to the surface of the skin, carrying vital oxygen, and allowing your moisturiser to have greater impact.
