DIY Feet

by Margaret Dabbs

There really is no better feeling than beautiful pampered feet, and putting in an hour of DIY grooming really will pay off, with visible results for weeks to come; this I promise you.

The first step is to get rid of all that dead, dehydrated, thickened skin, do this by using a foot file on yes – wait for it – DRY SKIN – this will ensure perfect results.

File the nails straight across, and next apply my Rejuvenating Foot Scrub, massaging and exfoliating the entire foot. Rinse with warm running water revealing fresh illuminated skin and nails.

With all the nasty bits out of the way, it’s time to really enjoy the experience.

A Hydrating Foot Soak is a must.  Using a foot spa or bowl, slowly immerse the feet in for a beautifying and necessary treat.  This will not only soothe and moisturise the feet, but will energise and stimulate the skin; absorb the vapours and relax the mind.

After 5 -10 minutes remove the feet from the soak, and gently pat them dry.

Now it’s time to really see results.  Apply the seriously superb Intensive Treatment Foot Oil, giving long lasting and effective relief from dehydrated, cracked and broken skin and nails and see amazing results achieved instantly.

Indulge your nails with Nourishing Nail & Cuticle Serum and finally apply my Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion and you will have feet that are illuminated, refreshed, silky and light that will both look and feel sensational.

A French polish will complete that groomed look to perfection.
