Regime Instructions:

Step 1 – Cleanse
Using morning and night, apply a small amount of the gel cleanser to damp face, using circular movements upwards and outwards, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. This soap free cleanser removes make up and refreshes the skin in one simple application. By neutralizing hard water and balancing your skin’s pH level, this cleanser is perfect for dry and sensitive skin type.

Step 2 - Eye Care
This cream-gel texture helps reduce wrinkles, dark shadows and puffiness. Apply to the entire eye area (including eye lid) and blend using light strokes and tapping movements with your fingertips to encourage lymphatic micro-circulation. Apply both morning and night.

Step 3 – Moisturising cream
The Hydroscience Intensive Moisturising Crème is a third generation multi-hydration cream. Helping the skin retain moisture throughout the day, this product also protects from the harsh urban environment. Apply in the morning.

The Certitude Absolu Night Cream supports the skin throughout the night, when skin cell renewal is at its highest. By providing key nutrients and inhibiting skin expansion and slackening, this product repairs and brightens the complexion. Apply each night.

Step 2 - Eye Care
The Certitude Eye Counter Treatment is a rich, oil free cream, which offers a dual care performance: anti-wrinkle and anti-slackening action. Apply morning and night to the entire eye area, using the tube’s precision applicator tip. Blend in gently with your finger tips.

Step 3 – Moisturising and Balancing
Mixt’action provides a dual solution for oily and combination type skin – apply the velvety green gel to the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) and the soft blue cream to the cheeks and neck area. The green gel regulates the oil production under the skin as well as anti-ageing action whilst the blue cream helps the non oily areas on the face to retain moisture. The result: well balanced skin without the shine or the tightness.

The long list of active ingredients within the Eye Contour cream battles signs of ageing, wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. Apply morning and night to thoroughly cleansed skin using the spatula provided and pat gently with the finger tips.

Highly concentrated with active ingredients, the Supreme'Advance Intensive Treatment serum provides an intelligent anti-ageing solution for all skin types. Apply to face, throat and décolleté area, morning and night, after cleansing the skin. Use independently or under your moisturiser as needed.

Skin Saver Age targets signs of premature ageing in two ways: by slowing down the cell division rate, which is responsible for the slackening of the skin and by boosting the skin’s self defence system. Apply morning and night to thoroughly cleansed face and neck areas. 

Regime Instructions:

Gym Toner is a patented device, which provides three key benefits: activating blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, toning the tissue and dermal fibres and promoting the absorption of treatment products into the skin. To use, separate the two parts of the Gym Toner and massage legs and thighs with a forward and backward movement. Move onto the stomach and hips and then the inner arms. Ten movements on each area are sufficient – use before applying any body product.

Superform is a dual action product, which provides a complete slimming and sculpting solution. When the green gel is applied to buttocks, thighs, hips and tummy it encourages fat under the skin to breakdown and get re-absorbed into the blood system. The pink gel is applied to the bust area and helps to draw in the released fat into the breast tissue resulting in a firmer, lifted bust. Use twice a day. Wash hands between applying the green and pink gels. Reduce consumption of tea, coffee and cigarettes when using the product.

The Superflat patches infuse the stomach area with an exclusive complex, which burns unwanted fat, stops new fat from reappearing and firms up the skin around the stomach for a smooth, flat contour. Apply twice a week during a one month treatment course. Apply the patch directly to the stomach and leave on for a minimum of one hour.

Used morning and evening, this soap free gel removes excess oil and impurities from the skin whilst tightening pores. Antiseptic agents and oil regulators help prevent spots and blemishes. Apply a small amount onto moistened fingertips and massage the face in circular movements. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Step 2. Moisturise –
Start with the Daycare moisturiser, a complete solution to address all men’s skincare concerns – anti ageing, anti shine, firming, and moisturising. The unique formula also inhibits hair growth and makes stubble softer and easier to shave.

Step 3. Purifying Mask –
This highly active mask exfoliates the skin, matifies shininess, eliminates excess sebum and repairs damaged skin. Use once or twice a week – apply evenly to the face and neck, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Leave on for 10 minutes. Wet your hands and then massage using small circular movements – this activates the ingredients and helps the micro-spheres to interact.  Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
